SOUTH Middle School Rally 2014

Come join the Diocese of Syracuse and 6th, 7th, and 8th graders from across the region at our 2014 Middle School Rally! Registe4r by October 31 to avoid late fees!

Parents are invited to join Chris Padgett for a very special parent-only session at 6pm! This session is FREE! Parents who wish to attend this session should choose "participate as an individual" to register. Chaperones who wish to attend the parent session must be sure that their group maintains the proper youth to chaperone ratio while they are absent from the rally!

You don't want to miss special guest Chris Padgett, inflatable games, pizza, and fun! Cost is only $25 per participant, which includes dinner! Youth ministers can find liability waivers and a flier for use in your parish here! Group registrations only -- if you type in your group and it doesn't pop up, that means your youth minister has not yet registered. Contact your parish youth minister for registration.

GROUP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUTH MINISTERS:

1. Download forms here! Everyone must have a completed form to attend! Have youth and adults fill out and sign forms, then return to you.

2. Click "Create a Group" or "Join a Group," then choose the number of tickets you would like to reserve in the drop-down menu.

3. Choose to pay by credit card or offline.

4. Input all names and process registration.

5. Forward the ORIGINAL signed forms and payment to the Diocese following the instructions that pop up. Payment and forms may be submitted the night of the rally.
